Cancer Angels Inc. is a non-profit organization based in Las Vegas, NV. It has been created to provide financial assistance to Stage IV cancer patients who are facing severe financial hardships and may also be in need of one-to-one counseling and support. The side effects of cancer treatments can be as severe as the disease. The debilitating fatigue, incredible nausea, overwhelming weakness, as well as the aches and pains make it almost impossible to continue to work while fighting this disease. However, when Stage IV patients can no longer work, they may lose their insurance to pay for their treatments and become unable to pay for the basic necessities of life for themselves and their families. This includes rent and/or mortgage payments, utilities, food, gas and car repairs, etc. Many cancer patients suffer from malnutrition. They also suffer from guilt, because they can no longer support their families while they are fighting this disease. We try to relieve the stressors for the patients through financial and emotional support.

Cancer can strike anyone, of any age, at any time. No one is exempt.

Stage IV cancer means: the tumors can be any size, or the lymph nodes or glands are affected or the cancer has spread to other regions of the body, or there is a secondary cancer. Stage IV cancer requires constant and ongoing treatment. Thanks to the many advances in research, people can now live for years with Stage IV cancer.

The founder of Cancer Angels Inc., Michael Rayleigh, knows and understands all about the significance of these miraculous medical advances. Michael, himself, has survived not one, but four cancers. That includes Stage IV terminal cancer in 2001, in large part to the technological advances in cancer treatments and the intervention of several Cancer Angels.

Cancer Angels distributes funds to landlords or mortgage holders and utility companies, offers gift cards from grocery stores, provides gas cards from gas stations, gift cards to clothing stores, and funds for other services that are essential for living. Cancer Angels of does not provide monies directly to its clients. Payments are made only to the provider(s) of the services needed by the client. Cancer Angels of San Diego is an all volunteer non-profit organization in which 100% of the revenues, after a few operational costs, go directly to the person in need, the victim of Stage IV cancer.Please browse our site and see how you can directly impact the quality of life for our clients. WITH YOUR HELP,

WE CAN HELP THEM CONCENTRATE ON HEALING, NOT FINANCES

In any area of the country, the percentage of Stage IV patients that cannot provide for their families is staggering, especially in this depressed economy. Cancer Angels Inc. provides the following directly to entity for:

1. Monies due to landlords or mortgage companies on the patient’s behalf:

Cancer Angels Inc. provides the following directly to patient:

2. One-on-one counseling for patient and/or family (as requested) All patient applications are verified as valid and reviewed prior to distribution of funds.

Donations collected go directly for distribution for Stage IV cancer patients with only a “minimal” amount going to operational costs.

WHY HELP US?

Cancer Angels Inc. is unique in the fact that the Founder and President is, himself, a TERMINAL cancer survivor having had cancer four times, four years in a row, 2000 to 2003.

Now Mike can assist cancer patients like no other professional.

His mission, since surviving terminal cancer, has been to care for and support any and all cancer patients that request his presence.

Whether a hospice or a home, he will be there for support.

What we do:

· Help for individual cancer patients: Cancer Angels Inc. provides support for Stage IV cancer patients who are no longer able to meet their financial needs due to

the illness. (Most national cancer charities provide money primarily for research and education).

· All volunteer organization: Cancer Angels Inc. provides all services through our network of caring volunteers.

We do not pay big executive salaries (or any salaries!), so all money goes directly to those in need.

· Help those close to home:

All of our assistance is provided to residents of The United States. Your contribution goes to help your less fortunate neighbors.

· Support as long as it is needed:

We are committed to providing support for as long as it is needed.

Many organizations give only very temporary financial help, leaving the patients “stranded” when modern medicine extends their lives longer than expected.

· Financial support paid to providers: All the financial assistance is paid directly to service providers such as landlords, phone companies and other utilities.

We ensure that none of our funds are misused.

· Assistance for all types of cancer: Most of the large national charities focus on one type of cancer (e.g. breast or prostate), leaving many patients without resources.

Cancer Angels Inc. assists those with Stage IV disease, regardless of the location of the primary tumor.

WHAT WE DO:

ü Assistance for Stage IV cancer patients:Cancer Angels, Inc. provides financial and emotional support for Stage IV cancer patients. Personal attention is given to each and every patient and by an experienced counselor and attentive administrative support staff.

ü We help cancer patients anywhere in the United States:Cancer Angels, Inc. assists patients anywhere in the United States. Communication and counseling can be done in person, by phone, via Skype, fax, internet/internet phone, etc. Whatever it takes to ensure each patient receives all the attention they need.

ü We offer support as long as needed:Cancer Angels, Inc. reviews each application for assistance for validity. We consider each of the patient’s needs. We discuss in depth each patient’s situation with them and then prioritize every need: financial, medical and emotional. We then attend to them in order of severity. All shared information is confidential.

ü All the financial is paid to the Providers:Cancer Angels, Inc. will pay rent directly to the landlord, house payments directly to the lender and utilities to the service provider on behalf of our patient.

ü Gift Cards are given directly to the patient: Cancer Angels, Inc . provides: gas, grocery and clothing gift cards directly to the patient.

ü No discrimination, exclusion or selection of any particular type of cancer:

All Stage IV cancer patients are welcome to apply for assistance.

What we don’t do:

· Provide funding for medical research

· Provide support for undocumented residents or non-residents of the United States

· Engage in political action and lobbying activities

· Use funds for any other purposes other than to directly benefit our clients

WHAT WE DON’T DO:

ü We DO NOT use any donation for purposes other than to provide support for Stage IV cancer patients and pay basic administrative costs.

ü Any promotions that may be done on our behalf must be voluntary and have prior approval from Cancer Angels, Inc.

ü We are not political, but we do keep informed on current events that may impact cancer research, patients or medical care for cancer patients.

ü We do not support any lobbying activities with Cancer Angels, Inc. funds.

ü We do NOT support cancer research.

However, we do stay informed on any critical new treatments or breakthrough solely for the purposes of reviewing

and disseminating pertinent educational information on our website.

ü Provide support for any non-resident or undocumented resident of the United States.

ü We do not/will not share or discuss ANY medical, financial or personal information of an applicant with any other person or

entity without express written permission by the applicant. Confidential information will be protected.
